Say it once. Your household remembers.
The household assistant that shares the mental load: say it, type it or snap it, and Offload sorts it, hands it to the right person and tells you when it’s done.

- Data hosted in Europe (Sweden)
- No ads
- AI only if you say yes
It’s not the list that wears you down. It’s being the only one holding it.
Oscar’s vaccination. The trip form due back on Monday. The milk that’s run out. The MOT in March. The present for Saturday. Each one is small; together they fill a whole head, and it’s usually the same one. Offload is built to share it around.
Capture
Capture it however it comes.
-
Photo
Snap the letter from school: Offload suggests the event and a task with everything to bring. You approve before anything is created.
- AI, with your consent
The photo stays in your conversation; you choose whether it goes into the item.
-
Voice
Dictate on the go: Offload shows you what it understood before creating anything.
-
Share
A WhatsApp message you can’t forget? Share the screenshot to Offload.
- iPhone
- AI, with your consent
-
Siri
Say ‘Add a task in Offload’ to Siri: the task is waiting next time you open the app.

- No AI needed
Together
Hand it over. You’ll know when it’s done.
Hand a task over: James gets it on his iPhone (‘Assigned by Emma’), and its reminders are set on his phone as soon as he opens Offload or taps the notification. When it’s done, you’ll know: ‘Completed by James — One less thing to carry.’
They need Offload on their iPhone, with notifications on.
-
For you
Everything handed to you waits in one place — and gets sorted in one tap.
- No AI needed
-
Shopping together
At the shops, your list stays on your Lock Screen: tick things off without opening the app. In the app, whatever James adds shows up live.
- iPhone
-
Invitations
Something on together? Everyone replies ‘I’ll be there’, ‘Maybe’ or ‘I can’t make it’.
- No AI needed
Stay on top
Overdue tasks stop piling up.
Sort them one at a time: a new date, ‘No date’ for now, or ‘Already done’ — and if a task is James’s, ‘Ask James’ checks with him. On Sundays, ‘Your week’ shows what your household got done, and who did what. No league table, no blame.
- No AI needed
Trust
Offload gets it ready. You approve.
-
You stay in charge.
What you ask for is done straight away, with ‘Undo’. What the assistant suggests on its own arrives as a card for you to accept or dismiss. Messages it drafts are yours to send.
-
AI only if you say yes.
The assistant uses Google’s AI (Gemini) to understand free-form requests or read a photo. It only switches on with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in Settings › Assistant. Without it, Offload still works: tasks, calendar, lists, reminders.
-
Your data is hosted in Europe.
In Sweden, kept separate for each household, encrypted in transit and at rest. If you turn on the AI assistant, it uses Google Gemini; notifications go through Apple.
-
No ads.
No advertising, no selling of data, no analytics tools in the app. Offload doesn’t track where your family is.
-
Discreet on the Lock Screen.
By default, for health appointments, widgets and Live Activities show ‘Health appointment · 16:30’ instead of the title.
-
Your data, your call.
Export your data (conversations and assistant memory aren’t included yet), recover a deleted task or appointment within 30 days, or delete your account from the app.
Questions
When is Offload out, and on which phone?
Planned for Tuesday 17 November 2026 on iPhone (iOS 16.4 or later), in the UK, Ireland, France and the rest of Europe, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. An Android version is planned, with no date yet.
How much does it cost?
Pricing isn’t set yet. We’ll announce it here and email everyone on the list before we charge for anything. Whatever the model: no ads, and your data is never sold.
The other adult in my household has an Android phone. Will it work?
Not for them yet. At launch, Offload is iPhone-only: for a task you hand over to reach their phone, they need an iPhone. You can already use Offload yourself. Send them this page: if they sign up with ‘Android’, we’ll let them know when the Android version is ready.
Does the other adult need to install Offload?
To use it yourself, no: Offload already works for you. To hand things over, yes: they install Offload on their iPhone and join your household with a code; the person who created the household approves the request. They’re then notified of what you hand over, and its reminders are set on their phone as soon as they open Offload or tap the notification.
Is the AI required?
No. The first time you open Offload, it asks whether you’d like to turn on the AI assistant, which uses Google Gemini. It’s used to understand free-form requests, read a photo, draft a message and remember what matters to your household. Plenty works without it: creating a task from a simple sentence, adding to the shopping list, sorting overdue tasks, ‘Your week’. Automatic household suggestions only start once every adult has agreed. You can withdraw consent whenever you like, in Settings › Assistant.
Where is my data?
Your data is hosted in Europe, in Sweden, kept separate for each household and encrypted in transit and at rest. Offload shows no ads, doesn’t sell your data and uses no analytics tools in the app. When the AI assistant is on, what you share with it is processed by Google (Gemini) on Offload’s behalf; notifications go through Apple. Full details are in our privacy policy.
I’m in Ireland, Canada, Australia or New Zealand — anything different?
Offload works the same way: tasks, calendar, lists, reminders and the assistant in English. Public holidays are available for your country (national ones; regional holidays aren’t included). The yearly household deadlines and school holidays are designed for France for now.
What about children?
Accounts are for adults only (18 and over). Children appear in your household as people without an account: a first name is enough. Surname and date of birth are optional and are used to place the right dates (school year, birthday, vaccinations). If the AI assistant is on, what you tell it about them may be sent to it to answer your requests; you can see, correct or delete what it remembers at any time in ‘Household memory’.
